Refund policy

As all items are bespoke and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on any of our products, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please make sure that you are entirely happy with your decision before placing an order.

We are a small, skilled team and we take huge pride in the quality of each item that we make. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order, however if you believe that your product is faulty, please do get in contact at info@isabellebaldwin.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the goods, with your order number in the subject title. We cannot accept return/refund requests more than 7 days from receipt of goods.
