Delivery Lead Times

We have an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks on all our products. Please note that if you are supplying your own fabric, the lead time is 7-8 weeks from when we receive your fabric. Very occasionally, our fabric suppliers run out of stock or have delays in their printing schedule. If this does happen, we will notify you of the updated lead time.



UK Mainland

Due to the size and weight of our products, we charge a £29 delivery fee on all furniture. 

For larger items, we provide a two-man delivery service, so that they are able to carry your order to a room of your choice. Please ensure that the order can fit in this room prior to delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues relating to this that may arise during delivery. Our courier team are unfortunately unable to drill holes, so if you have ordered a headboard and would like it to be wall mounted you will need to arrange this separately.

All deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place for the goods to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items that are left in a safe place.

In the event that no one is there to receive a delivery at the agreed time, and no safe place has been specified, our courier will retain the goods for a fee of £55. Redelivery will cost an additional £55. Payment must be made prior to the second delivery attempt.


Rest of the UK

For deliveries to the rest of the UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands), please get in contact at so that we can provide a quote for shipping.

As all items are bespoke and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on any of our products, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please make sure that you are entirely happy with your decision before placing an order.

We are a small, skilled team and we take huge pride in the quality of each item that we make. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order, however if you believe that your product is faulty, please do get in contact at within 7 working days of receiving the goods, with your order number in the subject title. We cannot accept return/refund requests more than 7 days from receipt of goods.
